Aiden started his career in property back in 2012 as a Sales Negotiator working for one of the country’s largest real estate agents. He made the move to property recruitment in early 2014 based in Norwich. After exploring Australia for 7 months he joined people2people in 2016. With Aiden’s property background and high level of customer service, he is based in people2people’s Sydney office, working with the temporary specialist team in Customer Service, Sales and Admin.

Aiden maintained clear and open communication with me and took the time to find out what it was that I had done and which direction I wanted to head into the future. He told me about an opportunity and then forwarded my details across to his client. Within a half-day, he had arranged an interview for me. Before the interview with the employer, I received a call from Aiden who then prepped me on what to expect from the interview. After the interview, he came back with prompt feedback and I was invited in for a second interview. In the end, I did not get the role Aiden put me forward for but he was most respectful and professional when letting me know the eventual outcome. I highly recommend Aiden Boast from people2people to any prospective applicant
