Colleen is professional in every way. She is kind, compassionate and proactive in understanding who I am and how I fit with employers. She listened, made a solid recommendation and I was interviewed for the role. I was offered a role from a different employer before I could proceed with her, but my experience of her is head and shoulders above the other recruiters I dealt with in Sydney.

Colleen was very helpful in helping me secure a job. She assisted the whole process from start to finish, including helping me prepare for interviews and giving tips on how to impress the employer. She kept a very high level of constant communication throughout.

Having recently migrated to Australia, entering the employment market became a difficult task. Despite signing up to multiple agencies throughout Sydney, I received very little call backs or interest. During my job search I came across a position , Colleen was advertising. An hour after submitting my application for the position, Colleen rang me and conducted a general screening. She booked me in for an interview the next day where she conducted a further , more detailed interview and recommended me for the position. The employer then booked me for an interview and having met their requirements, they then requested for my references. When all checked out , I was offered the position. From submitting my application to accepting my offer of employment – all in the span of 1 week. Colleen , did that for me. Her hard work , found a new migrant permanent , full time employment in Sydney CBD. Something which I thought was impossible. I could never thank her enough. Highly recommend A++++
