I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who’ve shared their experiences and knowledge with me.
I now try to do the same for my team.
The Queensland team are a tight bunch; we collaborate but more importantly have a shared philosophy of always doing the right thing for our clients and candidates. We’re often told it’s why we stand out.
I keep my finger on the pulse of the local market by spending time with business leaders and senior candidates. My aim, to listen and understand, and where relevant add some value to the conversation.
